Description
This is a graceful set of four ca. 1910 double-arm sconces in fabulously aged silver plate over bronze. They have simple cast oval back plates with elegantly executed ridge border. The S-curved sconce arms sprout atop urn shaped finials and flare out to accept unimposing wax-pans and candle-cups. These are quality made sconces; each individually numbered and most likely made by the Sterling Bronze Co. Their modest design makes them versatile and perfect for multitude of decors; from Traditional to Contemporary. The wall lamps are in excellent condition. They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. They are 12” long, 10 ¾” wide, and protrude 4 ¾” from the wall. THE PRICE IS FOR ONE PAIR OF SCONCES; THERE ARE TWO PAIRS AVAILABLE.
