A striking antique five-light silver-plate chandelier, dating from the early 1900s, and found in a home in Arlington, VA. This sizeable light begins with an understated canopy that comes down in chain to a large loop finial below. Below, the chandelier body is made up of a large sphere surrounded by a sleek band; five chains are suspended from the band, each bobeche supporting a white glass globe. This light fixture is in excellent condition with an amazing aged finish; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier body measures 30” wide, 33-1/2” tall, and 51” long overall.
