Description
This is a splendid pair of antique double-arm Tudor sconces, dating from the 1920’s. Made of cast bronze, these sconces feature a shield-shaped back plate crowned with a crest. The double arm, extending across the front of the back plate, is accented with addorsed leaves and volute detail. Intricately cast bobeches rest on each arm, with a dangling volute loop finial below. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 10 ¼” tall to the top of the candle covers, 10 ¼” wide, and project 3 ½” from the wall. A matching chandelier is available under item # NC521-RW.
