Description

A remarkable antique 1920’s figural pendant light fixture with dragons and shields. Found in a home Massachusetts, the chandelier begins with an understated canopy that comes down in chain to a decorative loop finial flanked by stylized dragons. Below, the lamp body is adorned a framework of leafy volutes and shields, and is backed by a cylinder of white glass. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the rims (as pictured). The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The pendant body is 6-1/4” wide and 18” long; the fixture is 25-1/2” long overall.
