This is an unusual pair of antique cast bronze pocket door plates, circa 1880’s, featuring a rippled background and abstract designs. The top and bottom of each plate features an asymmetrical design. These plates appear to be a rare variation of the “Arabic” pattern by Mallory, Wheeler, & Co. They are in very good antique condition. Each pocket door plate measures 2 ¼” wide, 8 ¾” long, and 5/8” deep overall.
