Description
This is a fabulous antique iron five-light chandelier, dating from the 1920’s, in its original polychrome finish with green and red accents. The chandelier body is formed of bands with lattice texture, buttoned together at the top and bottom with red and green florets. The bands flare out at the bottom of the chandelier, forming the arms. Each arm supports a crenellated polychrome bobeche, held in place by foliate accents. The chandelier finishes in a cutout foliate finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 18 ½” wide and 13” tall, and the fixture is 34” long overall.
