This is a fabulous pair of antique single-arm brass sconces with original glass shades, dating from the 1920’s. The sconce features a sleek, nicely shaped back plate with a foliate arm extending from the center to support a dangling brass shade holder with a lovely bell-shaped shade. The shade features a wide border ornamented with a geometric pattern. These wall lamps are in excellent condition, and the shades are also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The sconces have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. These sconces measure 4 1/8” wide, 10 ¼” tall, and have a 5 ½” projection.
