Description
This is a fabulous pair of antique Tudor double-arm iron sconces, dating from the 1920’s. Each sconce features a round, convex backplate surrounded by a torsade border, which comes out into a loop at the top, and extends at the bottom into a fleur-de-lis. Torch-shaped arms flank the backplate, each supporting a bobeche with a waved edge. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 9” tall, 9 ½” wide, and project 3 ½” from the wall.
