Description

This is a fabulous pair of antique single-arm sconces in brass, retaining their original turquoise polychrome finish. Dating from the 1920’s, each sconce features a richly ornamented back plate with volutes, acanthus details, and beautiful turquoise blue accents. A beautifully detailed arm extends upward from the base of the sconce to support a flower-like, gadrooned bobeche. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 11 1/4” tall, 4 1/8” wide, and project 5” from the wall. The same sconces in a slightly different finish and with different finials are also available, listed under item # NSP404-RW.
