A stunning antique quarter sawn oak fireplace mantel, dating from the early 1900’s and salvaged from a home in Nashville, TN. The mantel features an understated design with simple columns crowned by beautifully carved bands of foliate and egg-and-dart detailing. A nicely aged, beveled mirror sits in its center. The fireplace mantel is in very good condition with the expected wear and is missing a small portion of beaded trim (ac pictured.) The mantel measures 60” wide, 87-1/4” tall, and projects 12-3/4”.
