This is a remarkable pair of antique brass single-arm sconces with their original Vaseline glass bobeches, c. 1920’s. Each sconce features a beveled backplate that comes up to a diamond shape with foliate accents. A single reeded arm extends from the bottom of the backplate to support a simple brass bobeche with a gorgeous light yellow Vaseline glass wax pan, featuring a great surface texture and an elegant scalloped edge. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 4” wide,10” tall, and project 6” from the wall.
