Handsome antique Neoclassical style double-arm figural sconce pair in cast bronze, found in a home in Baltimore, MD, and made by the renowned maker E.F Caldwell and Company. Dating from the early 1900s, each sconce has a sleek oval back plate featuring cartouches on the top and bottom; two arms extend from the center of the cast backplate ending in heraldic dolphins to support understated bobeches. The wall lamps are in excellent antique condition with a beautifully aged finish; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 15-1/4” tall, 9-7/8” wide, and project 5-3/4” from the wall.
