Description
A magnificent antique Neoclassical six-light chandelier, dating from the early 1900’s and salvaged out of Alexandria, VA. This lovely fixture begins with an understated canopy that comes down in chain and rod to an oversized loop finial. Below, a cluster of cast bands descend to form the open body and to affix to a lower ring; the bands are swagged with beautiful stylized foliates. Six chandelier arms extend up and out from the body, each one supporting an elegant bobeche. The light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 26-1/2″ wide and 20″ tall, and the fixture is 47″ long overall. Due to the size of this fixture, it requires a custom shipping quote; please contact us if you have any questions.
