A delightful pair of antique Neoclassical double-arm sconces with tear drop prisms, dating from the 1920s and signed “Biltmore”. Each sconce features an unusually shaped and notched back plate, and is adorned with floral flourishes. Two arms extend out from the center to each side of the backplate to hold understated grooved bobeches, each with a single tear drop prism hanging below. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 9-1/2″ wide, 10-5/8″ tall, and project 4-3/4” from the wall.
