Description
A magnificent pair of antique double-arm sconces signed by Edward Miller, dating from the early 1900’s, and found in a home in Boston, MA. Each silver plated sconce features an understated elongated backplate with scalloped top and bottom, and a beautifully cast finial with a circular medallion. Two arms extend from the bottom of the backplate to support two-part, foliate detailed, bobeches. These silver-plated wall lamps are in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 14-1/2″ tall, 12-1/4″ wide, and project 6-1/4″ from the wall.
