Description
A pair of marvelous antique one-arm sconces featuring their original polychrome finish, dating from the 1920s, and made and signed by Lincoln Co. The upper part of each ornate back plate showcases a loop-style cutout, which is bordered in decorative beads. Above the loop is a cast floret surrounded by foliage which descends on either side. The raised back plate is lined with corresponding foliate details and features faux hammering, cast volutes, and florets; finishing in a pierced and beaded loop. A scrolling iron band forms the sconce arm, and extend from the bottom of the backplate to support a leafy bobeche. These wall lamps are in excellent condition. They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 4-3/8” wide, 10-7/8″ tall and project 5” from the wall. There is a coordinating pair of sconces available under #NSP1108-RW.
