An amazing antique five-light Spanish Revival chandelier with shield details, dating from the 1920’s, and found in a home in Charleston, SC. This chandelier begins with a simple canopy that comes down in chain to a decorative trefoil finial. Below, a cluster of five iron bands descend to form the chandelier body and extend outwards to become the chandelier arms. The bands are connected by cast iron crests, each surrounded by hammered volute detail. The chandelier finishes in a decorative finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 20-1/4″ wide and 23″ tall (body only), and the fixture is 42-1/2″ long overall.
