A fabulous antique Art Deco slip shade chandelier, dating from the 1930’s, and salvaged out of a home in Charleston, SC. This three-light semi flush chandelier begins with an intricately detailed canopy that descends in a coordinating almond-shaped finial to the body below. The chandelier body supports three amber-hued slipper shades perched around its perimeter; each is ornamented with stylized foliates and flowers, repeating the Art Deco motifs found on the chandelier body. This light fixture is in excellent condition with one chip in the glass (as pictured), and the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This chandelier is 16” wide, by 15-1/2” long overall.
