Description
A fantastic pair of antique Art Deco slip shade sconces, circa 1930, and found in a home in New York. Each sconce features a backplate with stylized bell-flower detailing. A glass slipper shade fits within the backplate and features a beautiful coordinating foliate design. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; the shades are in very good antique condition with some fleabites and chips around the edges, which do not detract from the beauty of the lights (as pictured). The sconces have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 6-3/4” wide, 12-1/4” tall, and project 4-1/4” from the wall.
