A stunning antique brass figural chandelier, dating from the 1910’s and found in a home in New Orleans, LA. The light fixture begins with an understated brass canopy that comes down in chain to meet a loop finial surrounded by curling bands, glass flowers, and swagged prism strands. Below, the open body frame is hung with swagged prisms surrounding a curved glass center rod. Six grooved arms embellished with stylized wolf heads and faceted prisms extend from the bottom of the fixture to support glass bobeches; the light finishes with a beautiful faceted glass ball beneath. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and has been professionally rewired with all necessary attachments for modern installation.
