A fantastic late 19th century four-light chandelier, originally half gas and half electric, and now completely wired for electricity. This brass pendant begins with a square canopy, coming down in a square rod to a platform. Decorative brass chain is swagged on either side of the rod and comes down to a petite bobeche and gas key on either end of the platform; below each bobeche, a downward-facing brass fitter supports a square frosted shade. This light fixture is in excellent condition and the shades are also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The pendant measure 5-1/2” wide, 14” tall, and 36” long overall.
