A magnificent antique figural gas chandelier, dating from the 1880s, and now converted to electricity. The fixture begins with a pierced and flower-shaped canopy coming down in chain to a loop finial surrounded by ram’s heads. Eight substantial arms extend below and form the lower body of the chandelier. Each arm features its original gas key and is ornamented with floral and foliate flourishes. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation.
