Stunning antique five-light silver plated chandelier, dating from the 1920’s and found in a home in New York. This light fixture begins with an understated canopy that comes down in a chain to a decorative loop finial; the finial is perched on a platform with leafy edges and prisms hung along its perimeter. Below, a cluster of five foliate-embellished arms curl out to support downward-facing bobeches hung a curtain of sparkling “icicle” prisms. The chandelier finishes in a long teardrop prism suspended from its center. This light fixture is in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 19″ wide and 18-1/2″ tall, and the fixture is 30-1/4″ long overall.
