A gorgeous antique cast iron four light lantern, found in a home in Franklin, TN. Dating from the early 1900s, this fixture begins with a sleek canopy coming down in a chain to a loop finial. The chandelier body is crowned with a open framework which attaches to the fixture’s square body. The body of the lantern features four panels of clear glass, surrounded at top and bottom with scalloped edges. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the edges; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures approximately 12” wide (square), 15-1/4″ wide diagonally, 19-1/2” tall, and the fixture is 35-1/2” long overall.
