Description
A stunning antique five-light pendant with sparkling prisms, salvaged from the historic “Windsor” home—also known as the Castle Above the Clouds—perched atop Lookout Mountain, Tennessee. Built in the 1930s by George and Elizabeth Scholze, the residence reflects the couple’s refined taste and attention to detail. George Scholze, second-generation owner of the prominent Scholze Tannery in Chattanooga, helped earn the city its nickname, “Saddle Capital of the World.”
This light fixture is in excellent condition with just a few chips to the prisms (as pictured), has been professionally rewired, and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures approximately 12″ wide, 35-1/2″ tall (body), and 49″ long overall.
