Marvelous vintage new old stock pendant light with unusual glass shade, dating from the 1960’s. The fixture begins with an understated brass canopy that descends in chain to meet a sleek brass fitter; the fitter supports a remarkable smooth, clear purple glass shade. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks to the shade, just the expected fleabites around the rim; there are some slight variations of striations to the glass as a result of the glass molding process (as pictured). It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The fixture measures 10″ wide, 15-1/2″ tall, and 32″ in overall height.
