A delightful antique Colonial Revival single arm sconce pair, circa 1915, and found in a home in Chicago, IL. Each brass sconce features an understated oval backplate framed with a convex border, stylized foliates and volute embellishments. A smooth, U-shaped arm extends from the center of the backplate to support an understated bobeche. These sconces are in very good condition with a beautifully aged patina ; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Each sconce measures 9-7/8″ tall, 5″ wide, and has a projection of 6-3/4″.
