Description
Marvelous matching pairs of antique double-arm sconces, salvaged out of a home in Columbus, OH and dating from the 1920’s. Each sconce features an unusual backplate crowned by a handle-like finial and is ornamented with draping, rope, and berry details. Two arms extend from either side of the bottom of the backplate, each supporting a beaded bobeche and finishing in a cartouche-style lower finial. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish and their original polychrome colors of green, red, and gold; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original non-functioning turn switches at the middle and bottom of the backplate for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measures 11” tall, 10-1/4” wide, and project 4-1/4”. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH SCONCE PAIR.
