A fabulous pair of antique pewter sconces, dating from the 1930’s and salvaged out of a home in Arlington, VA. Each sconces features a beautifully cast back plate crowned with an urn and adorned with ribbons, bellflowers, and foliates. Two sconce arms, ornamented with leaves and flowers, extend from the bottom of the backplate to support leafy bobeches. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 9” wide, 10-3/8” tall, and have a projection of 3-1/2”.
