Description
An incredible cast stone winged ox façade ornament, salvaged from the historic Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in Philadelphia, PA. The winged ox, a traditional symbol of Saint Luke, is a classic motif in ecclesiastical architecture. This winged ox façade is in good antique condition with expected age-related wear, and has some chips and scratches which do not detract from the beauty of the piece (as pictured).
The facade piece measures approx. 19-5/8″ wide, 19-5/8″ tall, and projects 10″. Due to it’s size, it requires a custom shipping quote, please contact us if you’re interested.
