Handsome antique Neoclassical style double-arm figural sconce pairs in cast bronze, found in a home in Baltimore, MD, and made by the renowned maker E.F Caldwell and Co. Dating from the early 1900, each sconce has a sleek oval back plate featuring cartouches on the top and bottom; two arms extend from the center of the cast backplate ending in heraldic dolphins to support understated bobeches. The wall lamps are in excellent antique condition with a beautifully aged finish; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation.
