An incredible antique Louis XVI Dore gilt bronze chandelier, dating from the 19th Century. This seven-light chandelier begins with an intricate canopy that comes down in chain to a gorgeous open lamp body made up of swirling volutes and wonderful foliate details, all surrounding an amazing flame-shaped glass shade at its center. Six decorative arms adorned with leafy embellishments curl out to support incredible frosted flower-shaped glass shades. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and the shades are in very good condition with the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation.
