A stunning antique five-light brass and silverplate chandelier, dating from the 1920s and salvaged out of a home in Chicago, IL. This light fixture begins with an understated brass canopy that comes down in a chain to a loop finial and baluster-shaped body below. Five smooth silver-plate arms curl out from the body to support downward-facing bobeches; each bobeche is hung with a curtain of sparkling “icicle” prisms. This light fixture is in excellent antique condition, and retains a beautifully aged finish with some age spotting (pictured). It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 17″ wide and 12-1/2″ tall, and the fixture is 25″ long overall.
