Description
An incredible antique four-tiered Neoclassical chandelier, dating from the early 1900s, and found in a home in Ohio. This “wedding cake” chandelier begins with an understated canopy that comes down in chain to connect to a loop finial and decorative circular brass plate. Below, the chandelier supports four tiers of sparkling “icicle” prisms, and is finished with a faceted crystal ball. This light fixture is in very good condition with some stress cracks to the brass (as pictured); it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier measures 16-1/2” wide, 21-1/2″ tall (body only) and the fixture is 38” long overall.
