Description

A beautiful antique three-tiered wedding cake chandelier, dating from the early 1900’s, and found in a home in New York. This petite single-light “wedding cake” chandelier begins with an understated canopy that comes down in a chain to meet a loop finial and small platform. Two arching rods descend from the platform to support the chandelier body; the body is composed of a beautifully embellished band from which three tiers of sparkling “icicle” prisms suspend. This petite light fixture is in very good condition with aging on the upper body (as pictured,) and it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body is 8-1/4″ wide and 17-1/2” tall; the fixture is 34-1/2” long overall.
