A fantastic late 19th century four-light chandelier, originally half gas and half electric, and now completely wired for electricity. This brass pendant begins with a square canopy, coming down in rod to a platform below. Two rods stretch out from either side of the platform to support an upward-facing bobeche and gas key; below each bobeche is a downward-facing brass fitter that supports a square frosted shade. This light fixture is in excellent condition and the shades are also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The pendant measure 22-3/8” wide and 45” long overall.
